A few advices for those who want to be successful clan leader:
1. never panic, never give up
2. always talk, communicate to your clan mates
3. respect members not of their gear, respect of their job that they do for clan
4. always online for TW CS
5. respect clans and try help to those that help u
6. must learn how to accept not victory’s , how to accept defeats
7. never flame in shout or hero voice, u are clan leader and face of clan, not school boy
8. search in internet tutorials for clan members, u must help not only with items also with good advices
9. sometimes make party and go search enemy’s
10. u must build organized system in clan, find sub leaders and give them duties
